How does exchanging for a different size or colour work?

You can make an exchange here.

Please enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

You can then exchange your item for a different size or colour of the same model, provided that the desired variant is available.

After you have submitted your request, we will send you a prepaid return label. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will prepare your new product for dispatch. You will then receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.
